Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website aiearningengine.life and your enrolment in courses offered by AI Earning Engine Inc. ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing our website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. About our services
AI Earning Engine Inc. is a vocational training provider registered in Ontario, Canada (BN 823456789RC0001). We deliver AI income skills courses teaching practical application of AI tools — including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude — to professional work, client services, and income-oriented skill development. Our services are educational training only.
We are NOT: an investment advisory firm, financial planner, stock or cryptocurrency trading educator, get-rich-quick scheme operator, multi-level marketing organisation, life coaching practice, software development bootcamp, marketing agency, AI consulting firm, business automation agency, or executive MBA provider. The "engine" brand metaphor describes our structured momentum curriculum — not a passive income machine or financial product.
2. Education and income disclaimer
Our courses teach practical AI work skills that can support income growth through client work, productivity, and professional service delivery. Completion certificates reflect training participation only. We do not guarantee specific income, profit, salary increases, client contracts, or business results. Past learner experiences described in marketing materials are illustrative, not promises of future outcomes.
AI tools and in-class examples may contain errors, biases, or outdated information. Professional decisions — including what you deliver to clients or employers — require human judgment and independent verification. This is vocational training, not investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals for matters outside the scope of our curriculum.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years of age and capable of entering a binding contract under Ontario law. Our courses are designed for working professionals, freelancers, and career upgraders. By enrolling, you represent that information you provide is accurate and that you will participate in good faith.
4. Enrolment and payment
Programme fees are stated in Canadian dollars (C$) on our website and in written quotes. Fees are due as specified at enrolment — typically full payment before cohort start for live courses, or at purchase for self-paced modules. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout through our payment processor.
Indicative price ranges on the website are subject to change. The price confirmed in your enrolment confirmation is binding. Corporate workshop pricing is set out in separate written agreements. Taxes (HST) apply where required by Ontario law and will be itemised on invoices.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Live cohorts: Full refund minus a C$50 administration fee if you withdraw seven or more calendar days before the published start date. Withdrawals within seven days of start may receive credit toward a future cohort at our discretion; no cash refund is guaranteed in this window.
Self-paced modules: Refund available within fourteen days of purchase if less than twenty percent of module content has been accessed.
Weekend intensives: Same seven-day rule as live cohorts applies.
Corporate workshops: Cancellation terms are specified in the corporate services agreement.
We may cancel or reschedule a cohort due to insufficient enrolment or facilitator unavailability. In such cases, you may choose a full refund or transfer to the next available cohort.
6. Learner conduct
You agree to treat facilitators and fellow learners with respect, refrain from harassment or discrimination, and comply with our AI tool usage policy. Do not submit confidential employer data, client personally identifiable information, or proprietary materials to class platforms or shared AI tools without written authorisation. You may not record sessions without prior written consent. We may remove learners who violate these standards without refund.
7. Intellectual property
Course materials — including workbooks, templates, slides, and recordings where provided — are licensed to enrolled learners for personal professional use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly publish our materials without written permission. Assignments you create remain your intellectual property; you grant us a limited licence to review and provide feedback during the course.
8. Website use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include attempting unauthorised access to our systems, introducing malware, scraping content at scale, misrepresenting your affiliation with us, and using contact forms for spam or unsolicited commercial messages. We reserve the right to block access for abuse.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and PIPEDA. By submitting forms, you consent to collection and use as described there.
10. Third-party tools
Courses reference third-party AI tools that require your own subscriptions and are governed by those providers' terms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party pricing, availability, or output quality. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, AI Earning Engine Inc. and its directors, employees, and facilitators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or courses, including loss of income, profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific enrolment shall not exceed the fees you paid for that enrolment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) or other mandatory applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Earning Engine Inc. from claims arising from your misuse of course materials, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights in work you produce, or submission of unauthorised confidential data to class platforms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Toronto, Ontario, without prejudice to your rights under mandatory consumer protection legislation in your province of residence.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will be revised. Material changes affecting enrolled learners will be communicated by email. Continued website use after changes constitutes acceptance for browsing; active enrolments are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of payment unless otherwise agreed.
