Six gear programmes for AI income skills

Vocational training courses — not investment products, not programming bootcamps. Each programme builds practical AI tools competence applied to income growth, client services, and professional earning skills.

Programme 01

Engine Foundations — Core AI Tools & Income Gears

Start your income torque path with the fundamentals every professional needs before taking on billable AI work. This programme introduces ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude through guided exercises in prompt engineering, AI output quality review, and generative AI for work tasks. You will map your current role or freelance niche to specific AI use cases for professionals — identifying where AI-assisted client work can save time without cutting corners on quality. Sessions cover AI productivity habits, ethical boundaries, and how to document repeatable AI processes. By the end, you will have a personal gear checklist and baseline templates for common deliverables. Suitable for career upgraders and side-income explorers with no prior AI training. Indicative fee: C$495–C$595 per learner.

Programme 02

Client Workflow Acceleration with AI

Move from isolated prompts to connected AI workflows that support more billable output each week. Learners design multi-step chains for research briefs, content drafts, client reports, and operational summaries using ChatGPT and Copilot integrations. We emphasise AI service delivery patterns — intake, generation, human edit, client handoff — with quality rubrics at each stage. You will practise AI writing and design support scenarios drawn from real freelance and in-house roles. Facilitators introduce Claude for longer documents and comparative review between tools. The programme includes peer critique sessions and time-tracking exercises so you understand how AI productivity translates to pricing conversations. Prerequisites: Engine Foundations or equivalent experience. Indicative fee: C$625–C$725.

Programme 03

Packaging AI Services for Billable Delivery

Turn repeatable AI workflows into scoped service offers clients can understand and purchase. This programme focuses on service packaging for sale — defining deliverables, setting boundaries, and writing proposals that reflect real effort and AI-assisted efficiency. You will draft three package tiers for your niche, practise scope conversations, and learn to articulate value without overpromising income outcomes. Modules cover AI client deliverables documentation, revision policies, and handoff checklists. We discuss monetising AI skills in an educational framing: how training supports income potential without guaranteeing contracts or revenue. Includes template library for statements of work and onboarding emails. Ideal for freelancers and consultants building an AI-assisted practice. Indicative fee: C$695–C$795.

Programme 04

Pricing Gears for Freelance & Client Work

Pricing AI work requires honesty about what automation changes — and what it does not. This programme teaches pricing AI work using gear metaphors: baseline rates, complexity multipliers, and rush fees for AI-accelerated turnaround. Learners build rate cards, practise proposal negotiations, and model income growth scenarios with conservative assumptions. We cover billable work tracking, deposit structures, and how to explain AI-assisted efficiency to clients without undervaluing your expertise. ChatGPT and Copilot are used in-class to draft pricing emails and FAQ responses for client objections. You will leave with a pricing playbook aligned to Canadian freelance norms and corporate contractor contexts. No guaranteed income claims — practical frameworks only. Indicative fee: C$575–C$675.

Programme 05

Productivity Torque for More Billable Output

Increase throughput on existing client work using structured AI productivity systems. This acceleration cohort targets professionals who already have clients but want to earn more through efficiency — not by cutting quality. Topics include batch processing with AI workflows, template libraries, QA checkpoints for AI output quality, and delegation patterns when working with junior team members. You will set measurable weekly targets for billable hours saved and reinvested into business development. Sessions integrate Microsoft Copilot for Office workflows and ChatGPT custom instructions for recurring tasks. Facilitators share engine checkpoint rituals that prevent AI errors from reaching clients. Career income upside comes from capacity — we teach the skills, not the contracts. Indicative fee: C$625–C$725.

Programme 06

Capstone — Personal AI Earning Engine Plan

The culminating programme where you assemble everything into a documented personal AI earning engine plan. Over four intensive sessions, you present your target income pathway — whether freelancing, employment advancement, or side income — backed by specific AI tools, workflows, packages, and pricing gears developed during prior modules. Capstone includes a live presentation to facilitators and peers, written feedback, and a 90-day action timeline with engine checkpoints. We review AI-assisted freelancing risks, client acquisition basics, and professional boundaries. Graduates receive a certificate of training participation — not a licence or income guarantee. Evening and weekend cohorts available at our Toronto engine studio. Indicative fee: C$895–C$1,095.

Indicative: C$895–C$1,095

Education notice: Programmes teach practical AI work skills that can support income growth through client work, productivity, and professional service delivery.
